BAD SERVICE!!!!I bought a laptop charger and explained to the guy who assisted me what type of charger I’m looking for, he assured me, that the charger he recommended is correct and would work, only to get home and find out that the charger I paid R1200 for is the wrong charger!!!I returned the charger and asked for a refund and they took 15% off my refund because the packaging was opened.So you tell me how the HELL, was I supposed to see whether the checker is the correct one or whether it’s actually working without opening it???

Never ever buy IPhone at incredible connection despite the fact that service is slow and poor DO Not Buy IPHONE at Incredible connection less than a week after purchasing my iPhone started overheating and stops charging at 18% I took it back first time technician at the shop tells me it’s software fixed the following day started overheating took it back and told them it hasn’t stopped overheating asked for a new phone as it’s less than two weeks oh no I was told they can’t give me new phone they will take it in for fixing so I must pay for a phone for 36 months that started giving me a problem in less than two weeks is not even after 30 days.

this by far has been the worst service I've ever experienced in my life, the staff think they are doing us favors by helping us, they have no idea what service is. i would not recommend any one shop here. they have no idea what they are doing. i am lost for words that's how bad my experience is Neo Padi. mmmm

This store has the most arrogant sales people, who do not greet customers but just look @ you, expecting you to feel comfortable asking for help! Even if I want to make a purchase I definitely will not be giving them my sale! Best you brush up on your sales skills, if you have any!

Worst store to come to. Personal information is displayed for everyone to see. When a purchase is made you are made to buy something more expensive (which I don't have a problem with), don't know online specials. Forced to make a purchase on the spot, when I preferred to do it online with a store that I called beforehand regarding stock levels. Can't get back to me and hand your issue down to another employee. Then only to be given a customer care line that requires voice prompts and told the store owner is on holiday.

I needed a screen protector when I get there. One of the staff members help me. I pay and everything I asked them if they could put it on for me they say yes. He call someone else to put it on. They open the package and see the screen protector is too big for my phone. Yet packaging says otherwise. They find the correct size and make me pay the difference which I felt was unfair. What if I went home with the original one and never asked them? Then the guy who was supposed to put it on. Was avoiding me and helping other people instead, so I left. Poor service.

Excellent customer service! Went there looking for headphones but didn't find the specific ones i was looking for, the guy who was assisting me ( I didn't get his name) suggested an alternative which I ended up buying. The checkout was easy and fast and everyone (working there) was ready and willing to assist me. highly recommend.
