Great my daughter took a tyre in for puncture repair, they found the cause was a leaky valve witch they replaced for free. Thanks Guys great whish there were more business like you around. Always had great service.

I had an emergency, but because it was half an hour before closing on a Friday afternoon, I was told that they weren't prepared to do anything. Unpleasant, unprofessional managers. Only one of the staff members was keen to help. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Great service, had stock of what we needed and priced competitively. By the time I'd paid, recieved a quote on another vehicle, my tyre was fixed and back in the boot. Will be going back for the full set 4x4 tyres in week.

I had a very ugly experience at the new Mintys Tyre Shop in Greenside on January 30th.I left work to drive straight to Mintys, taking a telephone call on my way. I gave my car keys to an Indian youngster as requested, informed reception that I will go to Woollies around the corner to fetch a bottle of water. Will going there I realized that I left my cell in the car. As soon as I came back (10 minutes) I went to the reception ask for the keys and went to the car to take my phone. It was not in the door compartment anymore. I ask reception to call it assuming that it must have been slipped between the seats. The phone went straight to voice mail! I told the manager we have a problem here, and pointed to the young man who took my car keys when I left. The manager answered: You can’t proof it. His one and only answer repeatedly. I paid for the tyres (stupid me) and informed the headquarter later in the week. Same song. Telling me basically: you can’t proof it, and/or another mechanic could have been taking it.I tried to explain:1. I used the phone in the car before driving into the shop (no stops before; phone switched on)2. It is a company phone, I am not winning or losing anything by raising their attention to the fact that there is a thief in the shop3. That is very upsetting to be treated like a liarMy husband had noticed that on top of everything the rims of the changed tyres were dirty and greasy and a brand plate hiding the screws was missing. Headquarter’s comment: Not all Mintys branches are cleaning the rims (!) and you might have lost the plate before.
