A few weeks ago we went camping for the weekend, and had to leave a window open for our cat to get in and out, at about 1:45am on the Sunday morning somebody broke one of the ViewProtect bars on our dining room Window. As we had fitted the alarm integrated Armed Bars the alarm activated immediately.Our alarm company was unable to get hold of us due to the lack of cell phone coverage at the camp site, so dispatched armed response, by the time they got to the house the would-be thieves had left without getting into the house.We returned on Sunday afternoon to a broken bar, but a fully intact house.I emailed ViewProtect on the Sunday afternoon, and first thing Monday morning they contacted me to arrange to get the broken bar replaced, by Monday afternoon they had come out to measure up, and by Tuesday afternoon the broken burglar bar was replaced.I’m very happy with the performance of the ViewProtect alarm integrated Armed Bars, and very impressed with the service from ViewProtect.
