Very disappointed at the unprofessional treatment from this lady called Shaddai running this company. My wife and I bought from her programs and cakes for our wedding.The programs were fine but the cakes were a complete disaster. The cake for the matrimonial was damaged in transit and they still delivered it in that distasteful state. She failed to deliver the other cakes for the traditional wedding. We collected them from her and were completely rotten.The issues were reported to her and she promised to resolve the matter urgently. She has since disappeared on us. Attempts to reach her have failed; she no longer answers her phone and doesn't reply to messages.
