My car went in for repairs. After fetching it from them, I had to constantly go to a garage and ask the petrol attendants to check my water level as the coolant light kept on coming on (my car was basically overheating). I went back to them and asked them to check if they had wired the car properly. They asked me to leave the car with them so that they can do a proper check (they never told me that they will be charging me a diagnostic fee). I was then informed that the water flange had to be replaced. The amount that was quoted was very high and asked my husband to find out what exactly was wrong with it for them to quote a very high fee. They initially struggled to explain.When I went to fetch my car, they didn't want to hand me back my car keys as they wanted me to pay for the diagnostic fee. I informed that I was never informed about the fee and that I was merely asking them to check if they had wired the car correctly after the initial repairs (I ended up paying as I desperately needed the car). They made me pay for the fee as they knew that I was going to go and get a second opinion instead of asking them to do the repairs (loss of business).I went for a second opinion and I was quoted a fee which was way less than what MotorPro had quoted me.In short, use MotorPro (Midrand branch) at your own risk.Responding to the owner - I never signed any job card (I didn't even know that you had job cards).I'm surprised that you are now interested in me contacting you yet you deliberately ignored my calls when your staff refused to give me back my keys.I'm again surprised that you tested the air-conditioning as you had informed my husband that your Boksburg branch does the testing.We merely asked your staff to check if they re-wired the car properly as the car was all of a sudden overheating after the initial repairs.

Amazing service and saved a fortune on my service and brakes all my additional items were explained and we worked through the most critical items in addition to reduction in labour charges not to comprise quality according to my budget

Mercedes ML350 was overheated. I took my car to other mechanics was given a Repair Bill for almost 60K. MotorPro Quoted 15000. I was bit concerned that this was way too low. I went to the shop and and all the issues was discussed with the owner. He showed me all the problems and and what would need to be replaced. I received my car back and it drives great. I am trusting all my cars with Motorpro.

Took my car in for services they said it will take 2 hours took the whole day ,did not get a receipt, they promised to do a full wash the car came back more dirty than before everything they said they will do they did not do. IM NOT EVEN SURE THEY DID THE FULL SERVICE BECAUSE EVERYTHING WAS JUST SO UNPROFESSIONAL WASTE OF MONEY

Stay away stay away! If you care about your car!I booked my car in . For service and1.got quoted for things my car doesn't need. I took it straight to the manufacturer after seeing what they quoted me and was told the car doesn't need those things and was charged R3000. Motor Pro charged R7900.2. They washed the car and just threw the board of the boot without securing it, or locking the carpet in. They also only wiped half of the windscreen and i had to drive with a streaky / blurred screen until i got to the garage3. They emptied my oil and didn't replace it. I've advised them if I have any problems with my engine i will hold them liable for the damage because i had to drive back for them to fill it.They also have nothing other than Sorry" to offer for the poor service and potential damage to my car"

Would not recommend you take your car here. They have very unprofessional staff. Took my car in for a major service, the car came out making some weird noises from the engine. When I tell them about it they said there is no noise and refused look/fix the car. The management of the place is a mess.

My experience with your Midrand branch was horrific . Firstly it took me a week to book an appointment for my car after calling and sending WhatsApps. Finally got the appointment, as soon as my car was serviced , 3 DAYS later I started getting an error message “Check esc” , check hill side assistance” , “check breaking system.I enquired on WhatsApp and was told to bring the car. on Monday I went to the Midrand branch I was told the mechanics are out and they don’t know when they will be back. So unprofessional! I went again on Tuesday and that lady at reception told me the same story ! She offered to call me back and I AM STILL WAITING!!!!!! She has a poor work ethic especially for someone who represents the company on face to face interaction ! My petrol and time is being wasted. You are giving clients a very bad experience. I need this sorted or I will take it up further . This is ridiculous, the lack of urgency from your company is ridiculous!!!
