Momentum Insurance

They didn't sent me any emails after taking my banking details. I don't want their insurance anymore. Please cancel everything about me.

Very disappointed at the service of Momentum Insure. If someone had the same type of experience I would like to find out more on if it was resolved.I had to put in a third-party claim, with the person that drove into my vehicle, Insurance which is Momentum. After sending all the required documentation through including repair quotes as requested by Momentum, their assessor gave a quote that was less than half the quotes amount I provided. Once I started enquiring about this via email, as the person that is handling the claim is most of the time not available when we phone, my emails are being ignored and I need to keep on phoning to follow up as they do not get back to me. When I eventually got hold of the representative there are a lot of stories and he cannot resolve the issue. I have asked to speak to a manager twice and still not have received any call back.I would not recommend Momentum Insurance to anyone.

Disgusting! How many flippen times do you want to advertise on TV? Claims are not paid out because all they pay for are the 2 most annoying adverts on TV…
