To Avuzwa Sithole,YOU are extremely rude and you just cut the call on me whilst I was still talking to you. I hope your calls are recorded and the conversation can be played back. You have no customer care skills and you display lack of respect for your customers over the phone. I take this very seriously and I would like a written apology. I received an sms stating that I am going to get my delivery today and then I received a call stating that due to high volumes of deliveries I might not get my delivery today. This is unacceptable. Pathetic service from Tekkie Town

Probably the worse experience I’ve ever had at a shoe store. In my entire life time of purchasing shoes. There were approximately 2 other customers in sight yet the many employees of Tekkie Town failed to assist us in a manner that was welcoming. A male employee in specific approached us and criticized us very arrogantly, rudely began to mock the shoes we were currently wearing assuming that nothing would be done because our father wasn’t present at that current moment. Well here’s the poor review the store deserves due their failure to train their employees to present their business as ethical. I’d probably never go their again to avoid the awkward confrontation of the rude employee majority as the others simply stood and watched the situation take place. Absolutely disgusting human behaviour, I’m very disappointed as the store itself has good quality products.

All the branded name hiking, walking running or casual shoes there. Excellent prices and friendly helpful staff. Plenty on site parking.

I've been to 4 different Tekkie Town stores around Durban over the last few weeks, and each one has impressed me. The service at each store was excellent, not pushy. The staff just seem to aim to please, all the time. The stock was well organised and sizes were easy to find.I'm not surprised they grew into a national brand if this is how they treat their customers. Well done to them.
