I used to really love this place but it has come under new management. I brought some friends who had never tried VR and they were thrown into games without any proper instructions on how to use the controls or anything like that. The time is expensive and the staff did not make much effort to maximize the enjoyment of my friends and I felt that there first VR experience was soiled as a result.
