Roggebaai Place
Roggebaai Place is situated in the Cape Town Foreshore, opposite the its post office namesake. I usually visit a lessor in the building call Mearsk Shipping Line and Safmarine. Security is tight but helpful. Building is always clean and immaculate. Parking around the building is a premium although there is parking inside the parking garage.
