Had two appointments with them which where fine. We had scheduled 7 appointments to complete the treatment. On the third appointment they sent me a reminder and I showed up on time to find the place closed. I had tried to call them days before to confirm but they never answer the phone or return calls. I called them several times and they did not answer their phone at the time of the appointment. I now have to spend more money to restart the treatment because it is time sensitive to say I am disappointed with the service is a bit of an understatement. I recommend they get a receptionist to answer calls and to anyone wanting to use the service be mentally prepared for this level of customer service, I was not. :(
