Randburg Boxing Club
The trainer is cool, and a friendly guy. However the training routines are monotonous. Worse though is the owner whi ianothing short of rude and unhelpful. I'll take my cash elsewhere.

The workout kicked my behind. Its very cardio based at first (which is important in boxing)
