Sweethome Weddings and Functions

Lovely wedding venue. Attended my cousins wedding here. They have a beautiful Chapel on site. With the event hall just a short walk away that overlooks a lake. Everything on the day went off beautifully. We'll run and efficient. The food was great as well.They have rooms available in the premises where guests can stay. Our families booked out the entire place. The rooms are self-catering, and have everything you need. They are however quite small. The walls are also very thin, so if some are still in a party mood when you want to rest, you may have a problem. There is a lovely communal area with a big fire pit. There is a covered area with big table and a joined kitchenette and toilet. All in all a fantastic all in one venue that I would recommend.

A wonderful venue. Cute almost open air chapel, (it's has huge opening windows) and a well designed hall/bar/entertainment area. Staff were great. Overall atmosphere is fantastic.

SweetHome, as its name says is literally the SweetHome of Weddings!! I have always been so impressed by the Vibe at SweetHome. The team are friendly, the views are great and the vibe is always on top notch!! I recently chatted to the friendly owners of this beautiful spot and took to the skies to give them an aerial view of their “SweetHome”

What a brilliant wedding venue! The actual location is picturesque, the facilities are ideal and Derek managed and co-ordinated all of our service providers on the day. As the venue was built to cater to what a wedding needs, the day flowed seamlessly even though it rained. We even got a bottle of bubbles sent to us from the owners Carrie & Derek on our honeymoon! What a beautiful finishing touch to a great experience.

Still looking for a wedding venue? Your search has officially ended. My wife and I had the privilege of getting married at this amazing venue in June 2022. Saying that our expectations were met would be the understatement of the century. Derek and Carrie are super hosts. You can be rest assured that you and your partner are in very capable hands. Definitely worth more than 5 stars!
