So firstly- I’d like to clarify that their grooming is THE best! Use the mobile grooming for my mali and my collie. However I decided to take up their services as advertised- clean blankets and beds. Dropped a bag of blankets and dog jerseys off and our big bed (as it smelled bad!!) on the Tuesday morning. Only got it back the Saturday. Because the bed was so big they had to rely on sun to dry it. Then… don’t advertise that you clean beds guys. OR set the expectation to your customer. The bill was R1300!! More than I’ve paid for a duvet, blanket and pillows to be dry cleaned. A little upset but hope that whoever reads this adjusts their advertising or staff skills to adjust expectations to the client. I also had to phone them everyday. No communication except/ we don’t know when it will be ready. I don’t feel like I should have paid that price when the natural sun was used to dry the heaviest weight.

I didn't realise my pomeranian started shedding and bathed her without brushing her first, leaving her with TONS of little matts. I've avoided groomers due to multiple bad experiences but I needed professional help. I got hold of Max who said I could bring her in.I explained what I wanted and asked them to be extra careful with her as she is nervous in general and this was a scary, first experience.The staff at the parlour were super friendly and caring. When she was done I was called to collect her so they wouldn't need to put her in a cage. She looked rather nervous, but no panting or trembling, so good signs that she didn't overheat and wasn't too traumatised. She looked stunning!! All the matts removed without having to shave her precious double coat. She also LOVED the little bag of homemade treats. I would definitely recommend for grooming of sensitive and scared small breeds that need hair cut maintenance, and am almost tempted to take her back next month.

I can highly recommend The Mobile.They came to groom all 6 my fur-babies (cats and dogs).Such a pleasant experience,they were handled so lovingly by Margaret and Stephen.Definitely the most calm experience for my cats.

Super friendly and caring. I came from a bad experience with a previous groomer (who cut my furkids toe halfway down causing half of it to die and fall off and then tell me it was already there) and all my concerns were listened to and handled directly by Max and my pup treated with care. They were very good with styling and trimming my Maltese, specifically around the face and ears where previous places have just shaved everything. I took her in matted and dirty after being scared to get her groomed again and she came out happy and looking beautiful. You have full view of everything happening in the back so can watch them working. We were even given a little bag of homemade treats to take home. Would definitely recommend for grooming of sensitive and scared small breeds that need hair cut maintenance, but I also saw a few big dogs go in and come out looking happy too.

Honestly had the best service ever. Took our 3 months 3 weeks puppy there and the made him too gorgeous for words. Friendly. They communicate to you what the did. Affordable and very clean. I would recommend them to anyone. Saw so many different breeds of dogs in their and coming out very happy and neatly groomed.
