It was awful the receptionist accused me of causing the fault in my pick up truck saying i drove in muddy water in the rain I told her it's an off-road vehicle that's what it is built for what kind of bakkie can't cope with small puddles even when I went and collected my truck they couldn't be bothered to explain the fault

After taking my Tazz to its regular mechanic three times for the same intermittent issue, that was unable to resolve, I took my vehicle here. After a few days I got my vehicle back. They resolved the issue and we'll below what I had budgeted.

Had some wiring issues with my cbr600rr after just purchasing it and after a bike shop told me they didn't Wana help me I took it to Bassons and I am so glad I did! They had it for a few days working on it and then Wesley gave me a full run down of everything, he was so thorough and knowledgeable and repaired it just as I wanted, he even let me walk around the workshop and talk about the cars there, he was just awesome, the receptionist was so friendly and helpful and really made it a great experience. I was expecting a huge bill but instead got charged such a minimal amount, infact I told them they are too cheap. 10/10 would recommend a 100 times over, thanks Bassons for fixing my baby! You deserve your 5 star rating.
