Very meh experience. I found what I was looking for but the staff member I called on for help was unwilling and bored and passed me over to his colleague when I asked for the weird prints that were not a part of the product but a transfer from a sticker to be wiped off. She couldn't remove the little pen*s looking things so I opted for another colour. The store needs tidying. I was jumping over things - most untidy Mr Price Home I have ever been to. Sanitization station on entry. Both enforcement. No sanitization between customers.

Limited stock, understaffed. Always random unpacked boxes and obstacles in the lanes. Not sure why this place is always in disarray.

Lovely store with well priced items and a good range, however customer service lacking with no staff on hand to assist and when I eventually found someone to ask, I was ignored with a hand wave over the shoulder!!!! Sad that in these tough economic times that complacency still exists in the retail sector. I will vote with my feet from now on and not support them again...

Nice store. I could see myself making a lot of home purchases. I went in looking for storage vacbags, which they didn't have. However, the sales rep was so polite in giving suggestions. Good shopping atmosphere and great prices.

Worse experience ever. Went to buy curtains and ask help to salesman for size. I bought the one he Suggested. But when I came home curtains wasn't fitted properly. I went back to cashier and explained her everything then she suggested me to buy 2 curtains that would have cost me more than 1100.I decided to Return it and she said system offline I must come back tomorrow.I already spent R200 for uber.Very poor customer service and unhelpful staff.

Excellent service from your store manager. He's helped me numerous times before, and I just saw him dealing him with another extremely aggressive customer. He was calm and collected and much more helpful than I would have been in the same situation. The customer came in angry, but nothing ruffled Johan's feathers! 10/10 Best service ever!

I do love shopping at this store. It's not too big, nor too small. Staff can be a bit serious sometimes but some of them are quite nice. It has everything you need and is conveniently located.

Poor customer service, asked for help and they were not infested in looking up stock and or ordering it to store.Had to beg them to look in the back, look up on computer which stores stock a s if they can order in.Ended up walking out because it was so much effort for the staff that it made the experience not worth while. Took my business elsewhere.At a time like this toy would think companies and people want to help but no one in that store wanted to be there. Terrible.So many people looking for a job and those who have so t cate about it

I have twice now been to this store, told the cashier I don't need a receipt, and then watched them select the option to print out a receipt, and then immediately throw it away. I contacted customer care today to let them know about the problem with their system. They did not read the email and just sent an unrelated generic response. As I said in my mail, I don't expect companies to all be champions for environmentalism. But at the point at which you are killing trees to literally just throw the paper away, in the middle of a climate crisis, and then dismiss anyone who points it out... that is going too far.
