Lovely product! I had to wait a bit for delivery but it was well worth it. The family loves it and you can feel its great quality and that its well made. 5 stars from a now comfy customer :)

After initially awarding a 0 star rating to Comfyzak due to lack of communication and nobody answering phones at the business, I changed this to a 3 after receiving a call from management at the organisation and will wait for the bags to do a final rating that will include qualityEdit - Changed to 5 stars. Product is package into a small compact bag and after assembly" you are left with a pretty great bag. Great quality and has all the small touches to make it feel superior to some of the competition's bags

Never ever have I received such good service and support from a supplier. My order arrived in time, was exactly what I ordered, was tracked and followed up by the support desk (Michele R) and they even phoned me afterwards to find out if all was in order. WOW. The quality of my beanbag is also out of this world. 10 out of10!

I don't ever leave reviews but this great product really deserves it, the beanbag is very comfortable and well made.Service guys stuck to their advertised response and delivery times, couldnt fault them.

Our puppy tore the zip and made some nasty holes in our zak. Comfyzak went above and beyond to fix it and only charged a nominal fee. Great service!

Delivered quite quick. Great customer service. Unboxing it when it arrives is quite an experience! We ordered a medium which is quite big. We were initially concerned about floor space but I removed some stuffing and shaped it like a 'couch' with some of the comfyzak cushions. After a long day, this will be the first thing that you want to do when you get home - sink into the bean bag. It's awesome! We love ours.

If I could give a zero star I would. The worst customer service I have ever received. After buying this as a fathers day gift, I am extremely disappointed. It took 21 days to receive this superior luxury" as claimed on their website
