Brad did some plans for us for an office/cottage on our residential property. He did the plans very cleverly with space to make small but highly effective changes over time, depending on how the needs of the space arise. The plans were done efficiently and were very creative and practical. Brad did the whole process: he sent it to council for approval and helped us with various quotes etc, he was fabulous! I am a property broker in Gauteng. My client required building plans to be drawn and submitted to the Council for structures that had already been built without plans. The property would not be transferred without the plans. Brad was instructed to draft and submit the plans- he was accommodating, efficient, worked well with the client, and did everything necessary to ensure a smooth and successful transfer.
