Excellent hotel/B&bProbably the friendliest staff we have ever encountered at any hotel, nothing was too much trouble and they went to the effort of helping us with our bags, explaining literally everything about the area, the rooms, facilities, and things to do. They even helped us arrange a Whale Watching trip (unfortunately due to mechanical issues we couldn't go but that is out of their control).The breakfast was nice , and the view from the balcony was very serene.The room itself was clean, warm with a comfortable bed, and a lovely bathroom (the only picture I took of the entire place!)However, WiFi signal was quite weak in our room and we seemed to run out of hot water half was through running the jacuzzi bath, however it was enough to use and didn't really detract from the overall enjoyment of our stay.We even had our hire car cleaned!

Perfect! This word describes the hospitality, food, rooms, atmosphere, and view of the ocean. We spent a week at Lavandula Manor and we are sad that we are leaving. If the future allows us, we would definately be back again. Thanks again Marie-Louise, Lize and all the staff.

The best guest house in Mosselbay..thank you to the friendly staff and the good food. The breakfast that they serve is fresh and filling.We will definitely stay at Lavandula again when we are in Mosselbay.

We spent the night at Lavandula on our way to Cape Town. What a fantastic experience! Welcoming, friendly staff, greeted us and showed us to our beautiful room. Well appointed and spacious - comfortable bed, large bathtub, rain shower, dstv, kitchenette...we could not have asked for more. The next morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast - fruit salad, great coffee and the BEST chocolate croissants.Highly recommend Lavandula for an overnight stay or a longer, semi-self-catering stay in Mosselbay.

Lovely place with spacious rooms and delicious breakfast. The view is magnificent. Staff is very hospitalible so this is definitely a place to go if you're staying in Mosselbaai. The place is on an easy walking distance from the better restaurants.

We went there for the night yesterday 28th July The lady who received from reception, made it an exceptional experience. Would recommend anyone to go there. She was such an amazing hostess. Friendly and made you feel at home and such a warm welcome. Thank you so much. The rooms are beautiful. And clean , Breakfast was fresh and so yummy. Thank you once again

Wonderful quiet place, beautiful view over the bay. Rooms spacious, spotless clean and beautiful decorated. Staff very friendly ; excellent customer service. Great breakfast!Will definitely go back, regretted to have booked only 1 night. In my humble opinion its the perfect place to explore the area and to relax after a long day. Absolutely to recommend!
