I had a lovely experience at this branch. They have the most friendly, welcoming and attentive staff. On arrival I was greeted and assisted by Shihaam who made the whole process very easy and convenient. Both Shihaam and Mel were very professional and helpful with any queries I've had. I had the most amazing customer service and efficiency from Shihaam, she had an amazing demeanor and was very attentive to what we needed and also explained various options available to us. Her product knowledge is extensive and that made it very easy to choose the option best suited to us.All round great experience and would definitely return to your outlet as the service we received from Shihaam was top notch

After hitting a pothole, I needed two new front tyres. I called around my area, but couldn’t find the type of tyres I was looking for. Rang up Ismaeel at Goodhope Tyres Tokai and he had exactly what I was looking for. The team there helped me out of a pickle, got me back onto the road, and did so with smiles. Very impressed. Great prices too. I’ll only use them for tyres and tyre-related services from now on.

Accept that you won't get a free cup of coffee for coming here and it will be loud as the guys work. But they work well, and generally at a lower price than some of their competitors.The location is convenient and the managers offer good advice on a wide range of tyres and wheels for your car.They offer Nitrogen for tyres and wheel balancing and alignment.It gets very busy on weekends and late in the day on weekdays.

I visited Goodhope Tokai after being recommended to ask for a lady Shihaam. Although there is a branch near me i was not sorry that i visited Tokai. Her service was excellent. She had all the patience with me even though they were busy. She's totally hands on. I also admired the way she communicated with the guys in the work shop. Good teamwork. Will definitely go back if she is there.
