Bought a disposable AirPops device and when I opened it, it was faulty and didn't work.I went back the next day to return it and they wouldn't exchange it for a new one, and said I had to spend an additional R100. Now I am out of pocket with a faulty device. Really disappointing service.

Small store but one of the best customer experiences I ever had. I rocked up at 3.20pm on Sunday, 40 mins before they closed and was given assistance right until 4pm. I purchased a Vaporesso starter kit and asked probably 50 questions which all were answered with honesty. Something that is rare in customer service these days. Thanks!
