Living here for almost 16 years. Complex is very well maintained and always spotlessly clean. Safe and secured complex with 24hr security on the premises

The complex is very neat and well kept and looks nice to visitors, but as a tenant, it is not worth staying in. The management has absolutely no way of dealing with people and the rules are ridiculous. We've been living here for more than a year, no one has been allowed to use the pool or clubhouse, no one is allowed more than 4 guests and no more than one guest vehicle at a time. We've had more than one incident with the complex manager - shouting at us, disrespecting us in front of family and friends and disrespecting neighbours. You are even told that you cannot work" on your car for more than 60 mins (we had a problem with ours and we were just checking under the bonnet). Would NOT recommend to anyone. Many of our nicer neighbours have left and we are moving out of here as soon as we can."

I currently live there, the security is very strict and good. It is well maintained with a Tennis Court and Pool facilities. Very nice place to live.

I'm not sure how to review a housing complex... The security / access control is good though. Friendly staff, neatly dressed always.

Well laid out apartment complex with well tended external spaces and serene environment. Has nice green outdoor spaces and play areas including tennis courts for the residents.Good security protocols requiring visitors to be properly identified and vetted before proceeding inside. Calm atmosphere inside also.It is situated next to Frans Conradie drive so there's some noise from the traffic outside- but stepping into the apartments, you virtually don't hear the sounds anymore- so long as the windows stay closed in, if living on that side.Would recommend this.. doesn't come cheap though

No parking for visitors outside the complex.You always struggle when u are waiting to pick someone coming from inside
