I would have rated them -5 if that was possible. I called Head Office as the Rosebank Mall Mr Price Home Store’s phone line has been engaged for days. I called three times to Head Office for assistance and each time I was put through to the wrong store. One of the calls lasted 10mins and then someone hung up on me. Pathetic customer service with apathetic staff. Seriously zero service ethic

Super disappointed with the service that this Mr Price. I had asked staff for help with glasses that I wanted to purchase, the staff member bluntly told me there is no stock of it. Lucky my colleague and I continued browsing and found enough stock of the same glass I wanted to purchase. Not to mention the extremely slow service at the till because there is only one person serving but there are 10 other staff members roaming around.

Poor service, 5 staff members behind the counter minding their own business. Not 1 can stop and assist clients. All relying on the one open counter to help 3 people - because it’s a must!Can’t really complain about service, cause there is none!!

I was intending on buying a dress from a rack marked R150. I then see the tag and it says R160. Not too bad but okay. When I arrive at the counter the lady rings up and says it’s R200. I am confused by this because it was not marketed as that price. I didn’t buy the dress and will never shop here again! Terrible service and zero attention to detail

They don't have much options in terms of clothing, Literal homeless people in the store begging to you to purchase an item of clothing under the guise of job interviews or students. The customer services are so unfriendly and its like the store has no ventilation. the clothes are all over the place, not in order, very disorganized.

One staffer was rude and dismissive. The other was effective but the experience really could be better. I’ll be going to other Mr Price’s or just switch entirely to other stores.

Bad customer service. Called them all morning and no response - phone off the hook. Store was a mess on Sunday with products on the floor. Cashier ignores you while you are talking to them. Manager was not any better with a straight swop. Very unlikely I will go back or call that store again. Unlikely as in never again.
