Been with netstar for years and just realized how poor their customer service is. I'm totally disappointed and disturbed by the service I've received

Had two “advanced” trackers fitted to my Toyota,van was hijacked ,time it took for Netstar to find my details the trackers were disabled extremely poor technology.Netstar couldn’t find their own elbow,there’s a strong presence that criminals work with staff knowing what type of trackers used and how to jam,also trackers fitted to car are extremely easy to find(np200 by windscreen wiper motor and behind bumper as they keep falling out and keep having to ask to be moved or fitted correctly) I’d advise using your own of the shelf product.

Do not join this company. They are fraudsters. There is no where in the contract where it says they will charge you 4k for canceling contract with them.

This is the worst company...the service is pathetic and disgraceful. The app and web system goes down every other day. The customer care line don't know what they are doing and will tell you the same thing. Please log out and login or i will call you in 5mins I am having a issues with them from the first day. The supervisor are rude and unhelpful. Worst service i have ever experienced in my life.

I've been with Northstar since 2007.I later covered my second car in January 2020 .Later in 2020 my old vehicle(Yaris) had an accident.In February I called Netstar to cancel.Until today that tracker us still deducting from my account.Please helpI'm expecting that 3 months period money that has been deducted from meRegardsE.N.Madunjwa

When you guys are on the phone you promise home installation & days after you promised nothing is happening.. Jikijiki some guy calls & asks you to go to him over 30km to a place you don't know.

Been with Netstar a few years. Service was pathetic especially when i was trying to locate my vehicle in Dec 2020. I sent in an email to cancel the contract in Jan 2021. However they are still debiting my account for a full year now despite me sending in numerous emails and making numerous calls to them. Legal action will now be the next step. I would not recommend anyone using this service....not if u hv to go through wat i am going through.

Hi i took out netstar tracker with you guys and additional something on top of that but i never received an email nor annything from them but they deducting money from me for a few months now.

Very pathetic service. I've been in contact with Netstar from the 13/01/2020 up till the 16/01/2020 there's still no solution. Netstar advised that the tracking device was installed in my car while my car was still at the car dealership, my question is who authorized that? I only gave content for Netstar to contact me when I fetched my car on the 07/12/2019. When I called the car dealership they advised that the tracking device was that of a previous owner, my question is why is netstar charging me for installation if the device was already installed by the previous owner? And why are they lying about this whole situation. When I call, I keep getting transferred from one department to another, being put on hold for over 15 minutes, even their supervisor Shawn took down my details and said he would give me a call back but he never did. Very poor and pathetic service, I'm so disgusted by your fraudulent procedures

My husband went here today, durban fitment centre, and what a pleasant surprise in attitude compared to the place in Jan smuts highway, Mayville. Durban go out of their way to help you.Recommended to anybody needing a tracker fitted.
