I am a senior citizen and went for a 1 cm trim at the back only with a set.i was charged 350.i asked receptionist wat is price of wash cut and sert.she said 250.i asked how can I be charged 350 for trim at back and set she gave foolish answer and said .we don't charge for wash.will never go again.was a rip off

Popped in for a pedicure treat and although I am happy with the toe nail repair and the gel, my toes are so raw from the filing that I cannot put my shoes on without scrunching up my toes and having to hobble around... so disappointed, however I remember now why I did not come back after the last one! you must NOT BE SO ROUGH with your customers.... I wont be back - ever.

Always happy here.. staff are very diligent..I never leave there with smudged nails...some nail places rush their clients and their nails get spoiled before they are home..but not Perfect ten Hillcrest branch.

The worst experience(s)! The staff are rude and inexperienced. I have been cut with a nail file on almost every fingernail, the waxing therapists leave a lot to be desired and often burn and scar. In addition they at every rude and I have seen customers walk out the shop. Nevertheless they still charge you regardless of the number of cuts and scrapes despite the damage. They are by far the worst managed branch I have been too..

I am extremely dissapointed with the gel tips done on 18 August 2020. I requested almond shape and not a single nail has the same shape. Apart from the terrible shape, the quality of the application is terrible. Thicker on some nails, dips and bubbles. The tip was not blended correctly and you can clearly see a deep ridge.If the technician was not comfortable with the shape, she should have informed me. I would have changed my treatment to a different product or simply would not have proceeded. I will have to go to a diffrent salon to have it redone.Will not recommend their services.
