Villa Siesta - Unacceptable Service - I visited Villa Siesta unit 1 with my family during the festive season , I was not happy with the fact that I paid R21 000.00 and basic services were not provided such as daily house keeping , me being told that I need to buy my own toilet paper & black bags. There is no instructions whatsoever as to how to utilize their washing machines , which also does not even work , the washing machine door did not want to open I had to wait for 3 days for the domestic worker to come open it, most of the doors did not even lock yet alone close properly. There was a putrid smell coming from the drain in the kitchen which we have brought to the property managers attention the smell was there since we got there right till we left. The parking was an issue as vehicles parked on our space and we constantly had to ask people to move and they would have attitude about it as well. The refrigerator did not work , none of our items kept cold in the fridge. There is no back up lights so when its loadshedding you sit in the dark , the property manager advised us that they would run a generator from 19:00 till Midnight should loadshedding occur , not once did they deliver on what they told us , we pay an arm and a leg yet they cannot do the smallest of things. There was no network whatsoever , the owner did not even advise , they should install wifi to somewhat make up for the pricy accommodation. On top of it when you call their landlines they do not respond , I sent an email no response whatsoever.

My husband and I have have stayed at Villa Siesta on a number of occasions. The location of the appartment is difficult to beat, as you arrive it feels like you are about to drive into the sea! The apartments are beautifully decorated and fully equipped for a perfect beach holiday! The beaches are all within walking distance and the complex also has a pool and games room. We've always had a very relaxing time there and will definitely return for future holidays!

We booked the place in November last year 27 we didn't brake anything they came and check before we left everything was okey but when we ask for our deposit back they told us we won't get anything because we were making noise yet no one ever came and complain about noise and no one told us that if we make noise thay will take our R1500 deposit for that i will never ever recommend anyone to book your place

Accommodation is good but service of refund of deposit is absolutely shocking!Was told I broke a handle of a pot only after requesting when my deposit will be paid back. I asked for proof of this broken pot with a photo as proof which still was not send. Asked again no reply. Eventually after phoning again they asked for my banking details.Being a person that will openly apologies and report of breaking anything the unprofessional way the issue was handled and only being paid back 50% of my deposit after no proof or communication of the problem I would not recommend Zest.
