Very poor service, had to wait for food for too long only to receive a wrong order. The waitress did not keep on checking if we were fine or if we needed anything.

The food took long to come, and it was cold. The staff were friendly but somehow they provided poor service because the waitress had to many tables to serve at once...

Bad customer service at wimpy northam. Saturday the 15th ordered their breakfast. I had some soda Drink delivered on my table, finished it and waited total of 55min for 2eggs,toast, 2sausages, tomato, 3 slices bacon! Imagine... I complained 2 X and i had to leave their establishment! I dont recommend it! Hopefully we can have a mugg and bean or any franchise that can compete with them! Poor, poor service and will never recommend it to anyone

The service was excellent the staff members are friendly and the waitress who was responsible for my table was friendly and informative.
