A very good place

Sadly we have had a tremendous amount of break-in’s and losses whilst at this security company. We requested the activity reports and after seeing the general manager today 2 months after the start of this break in spree we still do not have the reports. We need to phone them to send out a vehicle an hour after the alarm got triggered. On request that they do a walk through, we were informed that they have more important properties to check. We once needed a guard after one of these break ins and they dropped a guard without a flashlight or anything to protect himself with. We were guaranteed armed responses. I requested the owner to contact me, I am still waiting. It took us a long time before the operations manager came to our business premises after numerous requests. After spending almost R100 000 on the alarm upgrades they requested, they could not be bothered to respond to the alarm signals. For those in the Lynnwood Glen area, you will do better with a company with actual vehicles in the area, a better response time and better management. Very disappointing indeed.

Good Service

Again their horses were out running without riders through the streets! Highveld horsecare was notified before of this matter but seems no animal compassion for these working horses. Terrible to have to witness being an equestrian.
