Just received the WORST SERVICE at sorbet DunkeldBooked an appointment for 9am. I arrived on time. They had clearly overbooked. Only started my was at 9:25. Every time I went to the wash room got told to go and wait. Then the wash was rushed and two different stylists were switching doing my hair.The stylist did not even ask which way was my path and if I was happy.I couldn’t see the mirror in front of me because there was a huge fan obstructing me.Extremely disappointedBtw I had a flight to catch which I’m probably going to miss. I also had to still pay for this horrible service and miss my flight. Completely terrible. Do NOT use sorbet Dunkeld. Stay away!!! Staff are horrible and service really sucks

Outstanding team working here - I felt so welcome and treated like a regular, even though it was my first visit.For a wash, Sarah does the most lovely hair wash and massage. Ruth cut my hair with surgical precision, and Nobs saved my eyebrows, giving them new life with threading and a tint. I was so well looked after, and everyone is genuinely lovely. Great branch, and I'll be back soon!

Will definitely not return! Had a blow wave and makeup done. Staff members' nails were so long that i constantly feared for my eyes and ears. Although I was 5mins late for the appointment, i was made to wait a further 15mins without an apology. Miscommunication between the hairstyle, makeup artist and receptionist resulted in them fighting over my chair. Hair looked good, but most of what i actually wanted couldn't be done. Showed the lady a pic of the makeup wanted but got something very different. Service was also very slow

Great staff! Grace is a darling. Had excellent customer service skills and understands that the services are personal and pays attention to you 100%.Heard another client making racist remarks about another staff member! Shocking and I hope the owner of the business has a zero tolerance approach towards racism! It has no place in our society!

I made a booking for 7am considering that I needed to be at work. I received a message confirming a 07:30 appointment. I called back and they told me this was an error and that I should come in at 7am. I woke up extremely early to come all the way here. When I arrived at 7am they told me that my appointment was at 07:30 and I would need to wait for the person who was doing my treatment to arrive. This would make me late for work and I had to leave. It was a HUGE waste of my time and it ruined my plans

To be honest I’ve found that sorbets service has been shocking these last few months. Not inviting and friendly. Rarely see them go the extra mile. Until I visited sorbet dunkeld this morning for a tint. Agnes wow’d me wen she gave me a neck and shoulder massage after my wash. What a wonderful surprise I wasn’t expecting. The overall service was efficient and so amazing. Well done! The rest of the sorbets have something to learn!

Love this place. All the woman are friendly and helpful and their service is amazing. Love getting my nails done here and the recently discovered Hair Botox. They run like a well oiled machine.
