Brilliant work. An amazing experience

The best service I received in a long time. The installation went smooth and was done very professionally.

While the product itself is great, the service I received was extremely disappointing. The lack of communication between the top level and the installers was unacceptable and caused a lot of inconvenience for me as a customer.The installers were consistently late and disorganized. On the day of installation, there was little communication about what was going where and what it would look like. The delay in parts arriving meant that the installers were sitting around for half the day, and then rushed through the rest of the job in order to finish quickly. Our requests were ignored, and we had to call them back to fix the issues.To make matters worse, when they returned, the installer lied to me about not having the necessary tools and equipment, and then doubled down on the lie when confronted. My electrician has also had similar issues and has stopped working with this company.Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone. While the product is good, the service delivery is seriously unprofessional and not worth the hassle. I will not be using them for anything in the future.

This company delivers next level service. We have made use of their services and fireplaces on multiple properties. Near or far they always make sure the job is perfect. You can discuss an issue/ repairs at a later date. Many companies in this space just want the installation one off work. This is a great company to work with.
