Water cheap, staff always friendly.

Grumpy, slow and poor service. Pricing is also not clearly displayed for their various filter cartridges.

Service is horrible, card machine never works, staff always on their phone and pricing unclear. Never going back again.

Can do with a little more information. Getting of the train, looking for exit C, there were no C" and nobody to ask"

Edit 10/3/2023.  Upping my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Owner took charge the following day. An apology was offered, my system was collected and the broken valve was replaced. Thanks.Original review: An absolute nightmare replacing my undercounter filters. First, they arrived 2 hours late. Next, they damaged the system during installation and promised to return at 13:00 in the afternoon to fix it. I waited at home for 5 hours and made a total of 9 calls to the technician's cell phone. Despite several promises that he was ON HIS WAY NOW" he never came. A shop assistant promised to look into the delay and call back
