I chose to use this business because of all the good reviews. However, I was dropped literally at the last minute! On 1 Feb, I sent the two pictures I wanted to have printed on 2 mugs for Valentines Day. A lady, Elize, assured me that it will be done. Throughout the rest of the days, there were constant excuses as to why it is not done yet. Finally, on Friday 11 Feb, the excuse was that the lightning or something damaged the machines. However, I was assured that the mugs will be printed with the press at home and Saturday it would be delivered to me even. Saturday morning 12 Feb, I asked again and she said that it was printed and done and she will deliver it. Saturday evening I messaged and called, but my calls and messages are ignored. I now have to find a place that can print two mugs on a Sunday before Valentines Day. Honestly, I cannot believe that I received such poor service? I am in the East of Pretoria and chose this business - even though they are a bit far - because of the promising reviews and comments and recommendations on Facebook.Would not recommend them at all now.
