Ursula was immediately on board from first convo with making our wedding the best day of our lives and a reflection of us even if our requests were niche or different or not from her go to vendors. She understood the vision and kept our ideals on track. If something she would normally recommend wouldn't fit the vision, she found a new way. She stepped in at moments it was appropriate with vendors, and also compassionately checked our own expectations if we were incorrect going off of her years of expertise. We are all the way in America and she spoke to us at odd hours without complaint. On top of all this... on the day she pivoted when needed and worked her heart out! As the bride, I rarely knew there was any issue and she made sure the day was euphoric for my husband and I. The whole experience was well worth hiring Ursula and we are so happy to have made a great friend through it all. We were in safe hands every step.
