Atomic Access

After waiting 2 weeks for quotes from other services providers( for which I am still waiting) I decided to contact Atomic Access. Within minutes I had a reply and within 3 days and numerous emails( keeping me updated) I was connected. Excellent service.

Best ISP for CUSTOMER SERVICE and Fibre connectivity. I've been through quite a few isp's since 2006 till present and these guys are literally by far the absolute best service I have ever received. I had an issue with Octotel and Atomic Access took responsibility for something that was completely out of their control just to make sure I was happy. They even assigned their CEO to my case to resolve, he called me and kept me up to speed every step of the way until issue was completely resolved. I don't care how much more they cost per month compared to cheaper options as far as I'm concerned customer service like what I got should cost way more than my monthly bill especially in South Africa where majority of companies don't really care about their customers. I would 100% recommend Atomic Access to everyone starting with these reviews, my family and friends, and, because I work in IT trade, to every customer I interact with that needs Fibre connectivity. Don't get me started on how stable the Fibre service is. Uncapped data is truly unshaped and we get full speed the whole day provided no loadshedding. A++ service

So far there service has been nothing short of five star. Its like dealing with a personal friend when you call in. Service is beyond exceptional. Managed to have me up and running within 1 week from a new installation, new routers and activation. Bravo!

Great experience thus far. What a breath of fresh air compared to our previous big-brand ISP. Contactable, adaptable, reasonable and super quick to get back to me. The fibre connection seems to work great too. Highly recommended.

I was with one of the big ISPs since we got fibre about 5 years ago. Speeds were always way slower than the service I was being billed for but the GUI speed tests insisted that it was super fast. I finally located a tool (iperf3) to get raw details for my speed testing. Atomic is the only ISP that I am aware of that has a page dedicated to iperf3 based testing and the relevant speed servers. This nerdery was sufficient to convince me to immediately sign up. it's been a month and the speed is epic and the service is with knowledgeable humans rather than call centre help bots.w00t!

If I could give a thousand stars I would! UNBEATABLE service!I have dealt with many other service providers and always left disappointed. Recently went through a stressful ordeal with a very well known provider - With multiple automated emails and the worst customer service (that is if you even got through to speak to someone). Went on for WEEKS with no resolve.Decided to contact Atomic and within 3 days our line was moved and we were connected. Amanda was an absolute rockstar with expediting and calming my stressed and by then, exhausted self.Atomic Access and their team is by far the best!

After weeks of zero progress and confusion with a large ISP service provider, a friend said “Why don’t you try Atomic Access”. Who? So glad she convinced me. Smooth, efficient, organised and 24 hours later I had an installation and very patient support from Atomic Access to guide me through the router reset.Such a pleasure to deal with.Highly recommend.

I've fought battles with many, many terrible ISPs in the past - which is why I have been so relieved to work with Atomic Access for the last three years, at three different properties. Fantastic customer service and good, reliable line speeds at a reasonable price. Couldn't ask for much more. Strongly recommend.
