Bad service from staff. Called in on Friday 17 April 20 morning for pricing for a bread RFQ. Received a call at around 16:30 with an email address that bounced back and when I called back to verify the email address, no response. Called in today again to the Epping branch and manager and sales guy is not available. Called the call centre to lay a complaint and was given the head office number to call again, to lay a complaint. Online enquiry for sasko/pioneerfoods does not work, as I did not get a reply. You should not advertise that you are available and are providing a service during lockdown and cant even respond to a simple price enquiry.

If zero stars was an option!!!We brought a Sasko Premium Slices White Bread, the expiration date was 27 April but when we opened the bag the following day, the bread had a very chemical smell to it. Very similar smell to acetone.We tried phoning customer care - no answer.We sent an email - no response.Absolutely appalled by the service! Will most definitely not buy Sasko again
