PBR have done a couple of roof plumbing maintenance jobs for me. Their staff were very polite, efficient, and thorough. Brendan did a great job on the roof leaks, and kept me up to date with general condition and progress. Highly recommended.

The guys (Charles, Liam, Tom, and Brandon) installed a new furnace, air conditioning unit, humidifier, and a hot water tank. They were able to schedule it in within a week of giving me a quote. Price was reasonable and the guys were very helpful. Highly recommend their services.

The Admin team is very helpful and friendly, the online booking system is straight forward and user friendly.The plumbers (Nick & Michael) were courteous and thorough. They took the necessary time to identify the source of the problem (leak in the roof) and carried out the repairs professionally. They stayed on to test if the repairs have been successful.Thank you for the great service.

I was very impressed at the professionalism shown by the whole team. The office kept me up to date regarding delays in getting to me and the guys who came to do the work explained everything they were doing and were more than happy to answer any questions I had. I will definitely go with PBR again.
