The signage is non existing! No reception area! Just a corridor with shut doors! That was the start to my visit at this Spar!! After negotiating ( a special) ...that had to be rescheduled...I was advised that one of the staff members had Covid and they requested to move my date, to which I agreed. Almost a month later I was not contacted for a reschedule date ( I had to follow up with them), and a new appointment was made, which I noted.On the new time allocated, I arrived on time ( but had to stumble around looking for their rooms as I saw no signs of where I needed to go...upstairs/ downstairs???)....knocking on each door gently as to not disturb anyone behind it (I wasn't sure if i was in the correct place). Eventually some ladies behind a closed door shouted The Spa is upstairs!"Once i was seated ( still hoping that I am in the correct place)

Great massage

This merchant is not honoring appointments.We purchased a couples voucher via Hyperli and the merchant logged it as redeemed without rendering services.We have Whatsapp evidence of this merchant toying with us.Her latest comment is that she is in the process of moving her business but does not currently have a venue to move to.Note my girlfriend works in the building next to the merchants building.Which is why we opted to get the voucher.There hasn't been any traffic in or out of this building that we've noticed.There are no signs of a business.Getting hold of the merchant is nearly impossible.It appears this may be a scam, be warned.

Excellent massage with great aromatherapy.Enjoyed the service and would go again.Things to improve:1. Signage (it is North of the Coffee shop)2. Reception ( opportunity to better where one waits and is received once an appointment is made)

Firstly, you need to be clear with customers as to where exactly you are based. No proper signage at all. No reception at all. When walking in it had a old, musty, stale smell!Booked for a hot stone massage which was average.... not once were the stones placed on us, rather just used to rub. Disappointment to say the least, was not really a massage, but more of a rub ! Heels on a wooden floor during a massage is just frustrating!Purchased a wikideal, but the deal that was offered and paid for was not kept. Hot chocolate on arrival - was not even mentioned until after the massage and you said you didn't have any. You based right across from a coffee shop, surely you could have purchased 2 from there or during the time that it was loadshedding and my appointment was moved by an hour.Very unpleasant experience, will definitely not be returning!!
