I have been looking for Sinotec tv remote for years now, and could not find one anywhere. I was so thrilled that they had one listed. It was out of stock, but the owner went out of his way to order one, and it was delivered, and it is working very well.

I will never be returning to this store.My Colleague bought me a Lenovo 20V Charger on the Feb 2022 on my behalf.Unfortunately, the charger no longer works after 3 monthsI returned it back to the store last week and they said that they will refund me but need to check the charger first.When the manager came back to me, he said that the charger is faulty but wont refund me as its past 7 days.What Tech Store has a warranty of 7 days ??? obviously a store that wants to rip people off.I am extremely disturbed by this.No where on the receipt does it state that the warranty is 7 days.

I was pleasantly surprised by this unassuming little shop tucked away off the main road. It's my second visit now,on both occasions I was on my own in the shop with a young assistant backed by an older more assured gentleman but before long there were comings and goings, telephonically as well. All seemed to be dealt with in an unhurried efficient manner whilst I popped inquiring questions about the product I was about to purchase.My queries answered I made my purchase and paid. My mind made up to return as I had just saved R200 on the price I had been quoted not half an hour prior from a large,well known computer outlet in the area.So return I did and return again I will,I like it when the small guy comes out tops. Put your head in the door the staff are friendly and up to speed on the latest gadgets and tricks.Well done.

Friendly and helpful service from both John in the shop and Alistair whom he recommended for a home consult. Both young men were patient with my ignorance about technical matters and extremely kind. Highly recommended.

The guy was not helpful at all, infact it looked like he wanted to get me out of the shop. It was very disappointing, seen that the previous time I had been there thee service was so great. I actually drove all the way there but I felt what a waste of fuel and time to be treated like I was an inconvenience.

My laptop charger died on me and the guys at Tokai Computers were a great help! Not only did they have the replacement I needed in stock, but they were half the price of a well-known (though not so, ahem, *incredible*) retailer. I even ended up purchasing a keyboard at the same time. I'll tell everyone who'll listen to visit these guys rather than other, big-box/mass tech retailers - support local small businesses - they're worth it!

Shocking Service!!! Avoid this place! Inexperienced people repairing computers! They lost 90% or more of my dads computers data!!! Charged him to sort his computer out and lost a decade or mores worth of important financial information and photos! They did not transfer the backup properly. I am left trying to assist him and will he now has to pay for an expert to try recover the data lost (if at all possible). Would give zero stars if I could!

It was a laptop crises and Emeraan & staff sorted it out, quickly and efficiently, a huge relief, Tokai Computers will always be my go to IT guys! Thank you for top, top service!
