Aqua Spa Jeffreys Bay

I would not recommend this spa. I booked this for a friend and My booking was made via text but was forgotten. Then they said that we could come through but a half hour earlier. Obviously it was a rush job as the facial was done with at most haste and what was described in the price list as a expert facial was definitely not done. Not at all a relaxing and professional experience.

Electricity disappeared during our sessions. Couldn't enjoy a couples massage in the same room as my husband. Arrived 20 minutes before our appointment - apparently we were too early, one therapist still had to arrive from the other branch. My therapist asked me what I had booked for during my session...? Husband and I both agree that their techniques were lacking. People were friendly.

I was in town all the way from London to visit my family - I was also just recovering from a marathon and overall stressful time and illness so it was a good time to book a massage ASAP. What an asset to Jbay! Took my mum with me for her very first massage, and what a treat! You will now have a regular, local client for life! Thank you for making us feel welcome and comfortable. I’m also impressed by the range of skincare products and treatments! Definitely recommend if you need a pick me up on your seaside holiday, or if you’re a local looking for a treat or great skin maintenance.

Aqua Spa, is supposed to be one of the best spas in jefferys bay, and I'm highly disappointed with the lack of communication. They don't call back when they say they will get back to you, also their website booking leads you to an email which one needs to book through and you get no response to that aswell. I contacted them 2 weeks ago and today one of the ladies response was unfortunately the spa is fully booked and was booked a week ago and yet I had booked 2 weeks ago. Such a joke honestly!! Sort your'lls admin out please!!! Cause this is ridiculous.

Our full body massage was divine. Wish it never ended. Highly recommended.

I will not recommend this spa.After phoning serval times, with no awnser I drove to the spa myself. Booked the 90min aqua spa signutare message on a public holiday. Before starting the message, I did not complete any personal information form.Theripst started 10 min passed 14:00. Not asking if I am comfortable, what pressure I prefer or even if I am cold. Highly disappointed with the lack of communication skills.Theripst took 10 min to warm up hot stones and 15:15 I was done. So shocking!!! My message was an hour and I paid for 90min. The music stopped during my session because of loadshedding, but had to hear they are not going to start the generator for only one person, that's me!!!I am paying for service!!!To top it all off, when done, you don't even receive a glass of water. If you don't have a passion for what you are doing, please do everyone a favour and close your doors because this is day light robbery.I've been to many spa's in my life, you can for sure go and learn something.

Brilliant, professional and very well qualified therapists. All products used are of superb quality, and the overall look and feel of the facilities are tranquil and relaxing. The service is excellent, with kind, compassionate staff members who are sensitive and understanding about all your needs and questions.

The facial treatment was really worth the money. Therapists are qualified and experienced. I would recommend Aqua Spa any time. Come and treat yourself and feel relaxed when going home!

Manageress unfriendly at the Humansdorp Spa.Treatment time cut short with 20 minutes.Expected heel care but not received.Very cold treatment room.No formal sequence followed during treatment.Therapist to be trained thoroughly before released for treatments.Unsatisfied and disappointing experience.Even after reporting same to manageress, I still paid full price.(Constructive feedback)
