Trying to get a solution on a wind turbine to work with a Sunsynk for almost a month still no luck. Tried to phone them, was told that n Rep will phone me, tried to whatzup but the message wat read with no replay.

Rather take your money somewhere else.Not reliable and change their attitude and minds once you have purchased from them. Seems they in it for the money and happy to do you over for it.

The advice given, the quoting process, communication between me as the client and the company and ultimately the installation process was done effortlessly, professional and correct. And what a pleasure it was when the first load shedding happened at 22:00 and the system kicked in without as much as a flicker. Highly recommend this company.

A big shout out and thank you to Mark and SP. It's been a pleasure dealing with you both, from the site visit, through the quote stage, during and after installation. Mark, your patience and help with setting up my App and answering all my questions as I got used to this system was greatly appreciated. As you get ,around every little corner , guys that call themselfs Solar tecnicians,i decided to do some research and got hold of Wind & Solar in Cpt(Thornton Industrial area).Must say,from the minute i met Mark Jones the CEO of the company he went all-out to help me with a faulty system and more specific a windturbine.Wind & Solar helped me so efficiently that i later got worried about the cost of it.Mark kept on saying that i must not worry about the costs at first.Final fact was that they fixed all my problems proffessionaly and without delivering any invoice!;This you dont get around every corner.WIND & SOLAR.THANKYOU VERY VERY MUCH FOR YOUR HELP AND PROFFESSIONAL

Not happy with the wind turbine I bought from them. After 3 weeks no joy. Mark not at all helpful..The wire has got nothing to do with the product that doesn't work. The wire was fixed and still nothing. One off your installer said that their is a problem with the box.Mark,your after sales service is non existing!. Mark,you can explain your comment to the consumer board........!!

I would like to compliment Wind and Solar, Mark and his team on their busy yet highly professional service they have given me. After spending a year trying to import and buy wind turbines rated at 8000w and actually 400w, a wind turbine rated at 1800w and only about 300w, waiting for 6 months to get a turbine delivered to Capemail only to have it sent back overseas to the supplier, someone gave me Marks no. His friendly demeanor ethical and meticulous outlook and expectations are a pleasure which means the products sold are bench tested in a workshop and are high quality. Also their power output is what they are advertised or higher not like some of the scams of other companies I've been exposed to and seen. Thanks to Mark and SP.

Tried doing business with Storm and Mark but they've pushed me to look elsewhere for a wind powered solution. No response from them for over two weeks and I've felt like I'm trying with calls and messages to get their business rather than they are trying to get mine.

After an installation that was done poorly , we have lost 30k in batteries due to bad advice. The installation was done unsafely and anchors are coming out, and Wind and Solar claims that they didn't know I would use my wind turbine in very windy conditions. Really? I sent them a report from a local weather station and they have done installs in my vicinity before. Now they are ignoring whatsapps, emails, sms and calls. This to me is aggressively negligent and poor after sales service and leaves me with an unusable turbine, with 2 warranty flaws on it, annihilated batteries and structural dangers. I have given this company fair warning and will be escalating this 3 levels given the circumstances. It's a pity considering Mark is an ethical installer usually, with insane attention to detail. If communication arises from this honest review I will consider rephrasing , but for now we are extremely disappointed in this hit and run manner of doing service and leaving us with costs, danger and unusable products not even a year after installation.

I have been waiting for my supplier and for Wind & Solar to credit me for kit that has not met my requirements and they have been dragging their feet so much so that I feel the need to leave my negative review. Please can we have this resolved asap.
