They were able to fit me in within 30 minutes of making an appointment. The stylist was very professional and gave me good advice. They are having a July special and I am keen to try out the hair botox treatment.

I usually have a really good experience, but this time not so great. I requested a specific therapist and waited over a month for the booking, but therapist was not available at the time of my booking. To her credit, she did apologize and usually the gel nail service is excellent.

I was very unhappy with the service, they did not at all do what I wanted. I showed pictures and they completely did their own thing. My new hoodie also got bleached in the process
