EAZI LAUNDROMAT

I just keep coming back to Eazi! They are just amazing, and always helpful. I do large quantities at a time and they are willing to help me carry to my car, and go the extra mile with difficult stains. Really happy! Its a little out of the way now that we have moved, but still worth it!

Worst service ever I have received. A mere wash and fold laundry seems to be the difficult thing ever!!! As for wash and iron I don’t even want to say much more!!! Previous service was a bit better than what I have received currently. NO MORE!!!

I was blown away with this service today. EXCELLENT!!! My washing washing machine broke and while being repaired I had a few items that needed to be washed and dried. I first took my washing to a place close to my home who quoted me R165 for my washing load. I decided that is exorbitant and rather took my washing to EAZI LAUNDROMAT at Willows Crossing. For the exact same load I was charged only R80. I gave it in at 09:00 and picked it up at 13:00 on a Saturday. My washing looks and smells terrific. Even when I took it out the bag, it made my whole house smell fresh just from the clothing. I am not easily impressed, but they got it right today, and for that, I thank them.

I have never been so disappointed and just totally shocked at such a poor service.My clothes came back dirty and exactly as they were when I took them in, I couldn't even smell that they were even washed.I wouldn't recommend this laundramat to anyone!Sent them a message to say my clothing was not washed and ni response! Disgusting, waste of money and just a sham!

I rate this place less than average as the staff could not be bother. They seemed unwilling to work or to help. They sit there in front of you looking extremely sour that you came to give them work to do. Unfriendly and awkward staff. They make you feel as if they are doing you a favor and you have to feel bad for them. The job was done, my clothes were cleaned but as unfriendly and awkward staff as they are, i would not recommend, you will feel awkward taking your clothes there

I have been using Eazi Laundromat for the past couple of years and have found their service to be great. An honest business offering a good service. Thank you.

Terrible experience with shoe repair.I was quoted a price and upon collection of the shoe, the price almost doubled. The date given for possible collection changed and was not communicated. When shoe was ready, I was sent a message 30min before the store closed.

Professional service and they do a great job.

If I could rate a 0 I would! We gave our laundry in to get them back sloppily folded, missing socks (and we made 100% sure the socks we gave did had partners), and we got someone else clothes in between our clothes. It really felt like they only rinsed the clothes to make them smell nice as we even received back some clothes that were still dirty and some even had stains on that weren’t there before. For the quality of service we received they are also very over priced and changes the price per kilo as they see fit. In the morning its one price and the in the same day later when it starts raining its all of a sudden its more expensive!I would not use them again neither would I recommend them to anyone else.

Lovely ladies who work there but they ruined my blazer. It's a satin blazer and it looks as though it was ironed without a pressing sheet. There are suddenly so many loose threads on my blazer which were not there before.This blazer was worth R1800, so imagine just how I'm feeling right now.I will not be going back there ever again.
