Ums has winter tariffs which eskom or centlec doesn't have. Prepaid electricity is 5000 rands for a 3 bedroom townhouse at that time we use lpg for heating. Ridiculous and it must be investigated

Poor service! They don’t care about their customers at all. Their modems don’t update timeously and you end up paying a lot of money because of this service provider’s incompetency!

Terrible!! Patience is depleted with this so called Utility Company.Even Centlec has willing staff to assist customers after hours and on holidays whereas UMS is just winging it, making excuses and faking it until they make it probably. What can one expect from a National Real Estate Managed company?.

Absolutely disgusting.Firstly extremely high rates.Secondly extremely bad service.Staff are rude and arrogant.Claims to be managers but when questions are posed then they will get other managers to call back as they are not managers.Lianna is one of the rude arrogant managers, she speaks more than listening to the clients.They have no common sense with regards to communication.
