Bought a brand new bike for my kid, on the promise that they will be reasonable with trade in value of it when he is ready for a bigger one. When only 5 months later my boy was ready to go from a 14” one to a 16” or 20” one, I was offered R400 for a R2400 bike in perfectly good condition. Didn’t feel reasonable at all.Good bye.

On Saturday I brought my bike in with a snapped chain. I dealt with Sam who was nothing short of AMAZING. As a complete newbie to the sport, he was patient and informative. Listened to all my questions. Helped me with the quick service and repair to the bike. Fixed up some mechanical issues on the spot that another store had missed" during a service a month ago. The bike rides better now than it has ever done before. And it has given me the confidence to ride a little bit more boldly. So Sam

Such a beautiful shop but utterly disappointed with the servicing of our bicycles. After collecting them 8 days later.. the work asked for wasn't done. Took 1 bicycle home after waiting 35min to redo the work. My husband brought my bicycle home and is taking it back as my gears 7 & 8 are slipping. The owner is really not interested or involved with the service department. I will rather go back to Linden Cycles.

Very bad service at this place. One kid who was behind the counter shouted at one of the workers by calling him stupid infront of customers. It was quite shocking to experience such. Additionally there are hints of a condescending attitude when questions are asked. I would not recommend this shop at all to anyone, there are better bike shops with good value for money.

I bought my bicycle at a different store, but they were more than happy enough to correct my dysfunctional bicycle that the original store couldn’t get right (cycle labs four ways). Great service will be back.

Not the best experience. Paid R500 for a basic service & wash on an entry-level bike, mud still clearly visible & no sign of anything that was serviced for the R500, not even oil on the gears. They also just decided to replace the tubes at an additional R120 without any explanation as to why this was done, thankfully I did not pay for this basically after being informed that I have no idea what I'm talking about. The owners does not take COVID-19 precautions serious & do not even wear masks in the shop or when dealing with clients.
