But if you're handicapped, semi handicapped, senior or cannot walk far or up steep hills, then this place is NOT for you. The clubhouse and forest which is the only attraction here besides fancy designs which you can buy anywhere, is only accessible to the able bodied or those that have a golf cart (R40k min to buy one or R3k/per month to hire one). Disappointing that the architects and developers care so much for the environment but did not accommodate handicapped people. Borders on discrimination. And don't bother asking for them to provide assistance in the matter. Their HOA says, it's not going to happen. Selfish and poorly planned.

Nestled in an awesome location in Salt Rock. Completely surrounded by Nature, beautiful plants, trees...birds.Different types of units/villas are available.Scenic views, beautiful view of the ocean from a distance.A comforting sense of security as AIRBNBs are not entertained at this estate.The staff at the estate are welcoming and extremely friendly.
