Most disappointing service.The guard, who had a very small area, approximately 30 square meter car park to patrol, with an identified fence weakness, allowed the intruder to breach the identified area, and did not prevent the intruder climbing up the front of the building to the sixth floor and entering an apartment.The replacement guard was not physically fit for guarding, found asleep at midnight. When reported, no substitute was available to take the place of the sick guard.Guards not reporting for duty with prescribed equipment.A promise/sale pitch is that the control room makes a call to the guard every hour, which does not happen.When objectively trying to deal with the problems, the supervisor makes claims without the facts.
