Royal Marang Hotel

Beautiful experience, exceptionally clean. From the welcome drinks upon arrival to the tasty cuisines and beautiful rooms, really fit for royalty. Also child friendly, my 5 year old had a time of her life. Thanks to the wonderful team, they are always helpful as well. Big thumps up!!!

This was the best hotel I have ever been to. All the staff members are very kind,welcoming, willing to assist in any way and very patient.Extremely clean.The food is 100%great,the rooms are exceptional in terms of everything.Ienjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again. Beautiful place, good service, spacious rooms but there's no network in the rooms most of the time and the ice-machine should available and free to the guest.

The bedroom was clean ,the bathroom was an issue ,the vanity mirror was not working, the bathroom door couldn't close properly.For a 5 star place the breakfast wasn't up to scratch.I have eaten at 4 star hotels ,that have better quality food.

I stayed here from 2 Dec-4 Dec with 7 friends. I’m not happy at all. The food really isn’t good, the strawberries at the breakfast buffet had mould on them, one of the rooms didn’t have electricity on 3 Dec. My room had to be changed because the door was not closing properly, the coffee machine didn’t work, the quad biking facilities aren’t convenient because only 2 bikes per hour are operational, the aircon in one of the rooms wasn’t working properly. The shower is not well maintained on the edges and sides. I wasn’t happy at all. Only good thing was the location and bed comfort.

Okay so I've been here multiple times before and everytime it's been the same 5 star experience excellent customer service amazing food overall an awesome time I'd recommend this Hotel as your go to if you are in the area

We had dinner at this beautiful hotel. The service was impeccable, and the food was delicious. Menu was not very extensive but had something for the whole family.

We had a meeting at the hotel on the 25th February, the place is welcoming and clean. The receptionist very friendly. Breakfast was super, the problem that was is the lunch. We where told to order food to the value of R350, we all ordered on the menu, but without discussing with us the food was .are to takeaways, all that we ordered was not to scratch. I ordered Marang burger, the steak used for petties was very hard and tasteless the chips where just a spoonful and the wings that where in platter for one where very small and tasteless. There where no salads which where presented on the menu. My group was not happy at all based on the price we paid for the meal. We asked to see the chef on duty or his supervisor but we left without being attended. I don't think I will ever recommend it to my company for future meetings or stay over.
