Good service, good workmanship although job took much longer than expected (but due to suppliers). Not the cheapest but at least you know you getting it done properly and can take your vehicle back if any problems.

So ive contacted finnauto i need to have my ecu coded and diagnostics done on my vechile. Contacted them at first i spoke to molly to confirm if they have the software to have the coding done she assured me they do actually called me until i dropped my vechile off and that was on the 26th of may 2023. So i got there explained to them again and was told my car would be done within 3-5 days and ill be kept in the loop which never happened up until today im the one who have to contact biella as he is the one i booked with took both ecus and gave it to him. Up until today i had to call him nd still the ecus coding hasn't been done yet all i hear is his waiting for the ecus nothing concrete no communication at all im very very disappointed highly disgusted with the service I've received thus far. Very poor service and communication

I took my Vehicle to Finns to have my leaking injectors fixed. While the vehicle was in, I was kept updated with progress by service advisor. Received Vehicle back and all is sorted perfectly. Will definitely be returning.

My car has been sitting there for a week. No communication unless you call them. They tell me the parts will arrive tomorrow but they told my brother the parts arrived , just waiting for unpacking.Lies! Poor Comms!
