Hands down the best customer service!I recently was in an accident and my vehicle was in for repairs,the damage was quit a bit and you wouldnt say a thing was wrong!My car looked better coming out than it did before II had the accident!They also make you feel like an important customer and not just another number.I would highly recommend!!!!!Thankyou again!

Friendly and capable staff. Always had good service. The waiting area could do with a redo though. And the building itself could do with a fresh paint. But otherwise I'm a happy client.

The small jobs they have done for me were always completed on time with perfect colour matching and exceptional paint finish. The team is highly knowledgeable, friendly, professional and always willing to go the extra mile. Further to this the workshop area is always kept neat and clean in presentation which really inspires trust and confidence in the team. Highly recommend to anyone in need of vehicle body repairs.

Went in to the reception office to ask for a quote on a minor scratch on my front bumper.The lady at reception indicated that for a quote a R20 must be paid upfront to inspect the vehicle.Me, not carrying any cash ever for safety reasons, asked the lady if I could pay with a card whereby she refused and told me it need to be paid in cash.She literally showed away a customer because he doesn't have cash on him but still I proceeded to ask her if there any possible way she could help me just to get a quote, whereby she just proceeded to note that if it's not cash she can't assist.Just for reference, I'm fnb and to drive to the nearest FNB ATM is just under 3km away.I will never suggest anyone to go there if it's the extra mile service you are looking for...
