Charl and his team are a cut above the rest. Starting with Deidre who I thought was Charles wife because she was so friendly and helpful.My car has been a nightmare until I took it to Charl. I cannot recommend this group of professional dedicated respectful mechanicsI will never take my car anywhere else

Tried making contact with charl multiple times to enquire about availability to have my car repaired...he just flat out ignored my messages.

This morning myself and other pedestrians had to jump out of the way as the driver of this company sped over a red light at the busy school zebra crossing at Frans Conradie. One can only assume that this blantant disregard for others especially children is also applied in their workmanship. Shameful behaviour!

Great service from first meeting at reception to professional manner in which communications was done regarding each step they took to fix my vehicle, very friendly realible. Their technicians are very good and knowledgeable about the service they render, personally I'll advise any one looking to fix there vehicle to stop by them

Century Auto Clinic came highly recommended and what a let down. Poor communication - lots of T's & C's and when I messaged the owner on WhatsApp he blocked me - did not like what I had to say. It seems that the workshop down the road that he uses (Auto Fueltronics) seems to be in the same league - so, so disappointed ! They keep finding new problems - nothing seems related> Also, requesting immediate eft's after having paid in excess of R 25 000 for the first repair - and that repair required a deposit of 50 %. So R 28 000 and still unresolved. So, judge for yourself

Hello everyone, I am a 41-year-old Asian. Since my college days, I have been maintaining my car in Parow for 16 years, but today I've got a very bad experience which that shocked me. At around 12 noon today（01/03/2012）, I brought the parts and have left the car for them to replace 3 engine mounts. I knew that this work would take 1.5 to 2 hours, and they told me the same, and confirmed that the car does not need to be left overnight and have told a lady who as assistant, that today I don’t have anyone else who has time to send me home, only this car can be used . Than I went to the nearest mall and found a restaurant to wait. Around 14 pm I've got a call from one guy of this shop and told me that there was an engine mount that I had bought wrong, so I confirmed with the guy on phone if they could provide it for me，he said yes. I back to pick up the car at almost 17 o’clock, but one of them told me that the car will left until tomorrow because I provided a wrong engine mount, . Well, I’m not surprised that something unexpected happened, but I had to complain that they should inform me in time that they could not complete it today, so I enquired if they could provide a service to send the client home，but it has been refused, because he said that he have told me the car would be left until tomorrow. Lie! After that, a white male who they called boss" came to ask about the situation and easily and rudely thought that I was lying. I was shocked! I have never met such a situation，then he even asked me who was lying! I realized that his attitude was looks un-normal

POOR DISAPPOINTING SERVICE. I took my car there less than a year ago. To replace host from water bottle to radiator and also the water pump . Not even a year and I have the same problem. Took them a full week to do this. What's makes it worst, when I left there was 2 lights going on, took it back within 5 - 10min and Cheslin advise me it's not there fault I brought the car like that. I fixed at own cost, but there work done on my car did not even last for a year. Cheslin made alot of empty promises since I took my car there for the first time. I originally wanted to fixed my suspension which I told them, but they decided to claim from my warranty and fix the host pipe. I have experience poor mechanics but Century Auto is on a different level of POOR. I wanted to report this with Charl but there's no trust and I prefer not going there anymore to avoid another disappointment.

Took my car to these people who really don't deserve to be called mechanics, they kept it for two days, didn't communicate anything to me in those two days and when I called to enquire about the status of my car, the owner charl van der merwe laughed at my irritation and told me to come fetch my car because he was too busy running around trying to draw up a quote probably because he was too illiterate to draw one up in the first place and guess what even after two days he still didn't know how. I am utterly disgusted by their pathetic service and wouldn't want such lazy incompetent and quite frankly disrespectful people working on my car. Don't ever use these people they are truly the worst I have ever dealt with.
