My rooftop tent manufactured and installed by Razorback has turned into a rooftop watercontainer. It leaks litterally everytime it rains, ruining my bedding. Sorry, but that is just not a good quality product.

Poor quality and no workmanship

Nothing but frustration, zero communication skills. Firstly they made canopy for wrong year model then said they would rush my order they and it took longer than the first one. When I went to fit the first one it had no side Windows, I said I wanted side windows they said they would install side windows for free as they had made a mistake with the year model. Then only after me following up they said canopy is ready I arrive and no side windows. I ask them how can you say it's finished without the windows? They tell me they will fit them later. I go back twice, after again me having to follow up each time and windows are incorrect size. Then they send pictures of another window, still incorrect. Now they just do nothing. I assume they never intended to install the windows and just have me the run around hoping I would leave it. So I would give a zero if I could. And to add to it one of their stickers they put on came off leaving horrible glue marks pulling off the paint. Basically I recommend trying another company.

Bought a canopy for my 2012 Mitsubishi triton. I am from another country and dealt everything over emails and whatsapps. Yes i did get frustrated at times wishing a i had more communication. But the fact is that, they told me it would take 20 working days and it did take, exactly 20 working days. They arrange for it to be shipped to Kempton Park for installation and that went well to. We arrived there at lunch time but they did the extra mile and called the team back for the installation. I am very happy with the way it looks and feels and anxious to know how it will perform with use.

After building a canopy camper for me onto a Land Cruiser and having to return more times than I care to remember, the project was not successful. Canopy cracking in critical areas, water leaks, roof de-laminating from supports, lifting mechanisms not working, etc. To add insult to injury, equipment removed from my vehicle disappeared? On inquiring about this, I was told the equipment was never at Razorback, despite the fact they had to remove it from the vehicle to install the canopy (cattle rails and vehicle tailgate).In the end, technically a pretty poor show with no design or drawings and suspect accounting practices. Unless you like to have a constant struggle to get a half decent product, not recommended.
